Delivery Information

Turnaround Time
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

Carriers
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

• USPS
• UPS

Order Tracking
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates
We price our goods to include the cost of shipping, calculated at the most economical means.

Back Orders
If an item on an is out of stock we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock and cancel the order for the item that is out of stock. We will  issue a refund or credit for the amount charged for that item.  If and when the item becomes available we notify you to see if you are interested in reordering.
